At The Macondo Room, every piece has a past, a story, and a character of its own.

Because our collection consists primarily of vintage, antique, pre-loved, and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage you to review all photographs, descriptions, and measurements carefully before making a purchase.

The Beauty of Imperfection

We believe that the beauty of vintage lies in its individuality. Signs of age, gentle wear, patina, and imperfections are often part of what makes a piece special.

Every item is carefully selected and offered in its described condition. We make every effort to accurately photograph and disclose notable flaws, imperfections, and signs of wear.

Please understand that vintage and antique items are not expected to be in new or flawless condition unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to help ensure your pieces arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement when available.

Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been reviewed.

The 48-hour notification period helps us investigate shipping issues promptly and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
