Jägermeister Stag Head Pewter & Stainless Steel Shot Glass / Jigger
This vintage Jägermeister shot glass combines a brushed stainless-steel drinking cup with a sculptural pewter-tone stag head and antlers. The stainless cup flares gently at the rim and carries the engraved Jägermeister stag-and-cross emblem and wordmark on its exterior.
The lower portion is formed as a highly detailed stag, with textured fur, modeled facial features, ears, and branching antlers. The design is based on the traditional stirrup cup, a drinking vessel associated with hunting culture. When inverted, the stag’s antlers act as a stand, allowing the piece to rest securely between uses. Matching examples are commonly identified as Jägermeister promotional barware from the 1990s and combine a pewter stag with a stainless-steel cup.
The stag motif is central to Jägermeister’s identity. Its familiar emblem depicts a stag with a radiant cross between its antlers, the same symbol reproduced on the cup of this piece.
Condition
Good vintage condition with surface wear consistent with age and previous use. The stainless-steel cup shows fine scratches and light handling marks, while the sculpted stag and antlers show areas of darkened patina within the recessed details.
The engraved Jägermeister branding remains visible. No obvious major break, missing antler, or structural damage.
